I am a marketing project manager at Akershus Theatre in Akershus, Norway. I work with the company's social media, website, sales channels and developing their position in the performing art market.

My educational background is a Master of Science (2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Marketing Management (2011-2014) from Oxford Brookes University. In addition to these degrees I am awarded the The IDM Certificate in Direct and Digital Marketing with a distinction.

I chose to study abroad as I wanted to study in English, work in an international environment with co-students and challenge myself.

During my time at university I had several internships. I chose to dedicate time to do this in order to develop my professional skills and enhance my CV. I did my main master project in collaboration with CRM Students in Oxford (spring/summer 2015). In addition to this I had an internship inKristiansand Zoo and Amusement Park (January 2015).

I shared my experience of being abroad with family and friends through a blog whilst being in university. The blog had a little over 24 000 views. The blog is no longer active, but please feel free to have a look. (michelledmogstad.blogspot.com).
