Hi, I’m Mamoloko Michelle Mpheroane — and if you do not speak Sepedi, Mamoloko means “mother of the nation.” Three words that best describe me: disciplined, dedicated, and driven.

I am the founder and CEO of Ramashilo Math Tutoring, a company committed to helping learners develop confidence, love and excellence in Pure Mathematics.

Currently, I am completing my third year in Bachelor of Education degree at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in Mathematics and Life Sciences. Teaching is not just what I do — it’s who I am. From a young age, I found myself creating lessons for my cousins in our backroom, using a chalkboard my father bought for me. That childhood play has grown into a lifelong mission.

To fuel this passion, I founded Ramashilo Math Tutoring, joined Numeric, and became part of Edify, continuing to sharpen both my teaching and leadership skills.

You may be wondering why I’m in a graduation gown — I proudly graduated in 2024 as part of the JBS Youth Entrepreneurship Program, and I’ve also completed the Google Hustle Academy Business Bootcamp. These experiences reflect my deep love for entrepreneurship and continuous learning.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, running, and reading — I’m currently reading “Women Who Run with the Wolves.”

I believe that “if you do not change it, you choose it.” That’s why I show up every day, determined to be part of the change — inspiring learners to not only understand Pure Mathematics but to love it.
