Michelle Nault

Michelle Walker Nault is a marketing and creative professional with more than 18 years experience launching and marketing new products, services and organizations. She specializes in translating customer insights into dynamic, evolving and fresh brands… and she breathes visual excitement and customer engagement into every campaign she manages. Her exuberant personality inspires the best in any team.

Prior to co-founding Out Front Brands, she served as a marketing manager and creative director for FIS Loyalty Services, helping manage and launch new loyalty and payment products, including the ScoreCard® Retail Rewards program. ScoreCard® Retail Rewards caters to retail stores, convenience stores and gas stations nationwide. The first successful program launch she assisted with was BP Driver Rewards. She also helped smaller regional chains create effective marketing strategies, program branding, special events and promotional sweepstakes to introduce and market their new customer loyalty programs.

Her secondary role was Social Media Director for the ScoreCard Rewards financial institution loyalty product. In 2012, in an industry that was historically social media phobic, she successfully lobbied for and launched the B2C social media marketing campaign strategy for the ScoreCard Merchandise and Travel Rewards program. Through engaging content and exciting contests and sweepstakes, she increased cardholder program awareness and product redemptions, ultimately cultivating an active and engaged follower base from 0-20 k in less than 12 months.
