Hello! I'm MJ and I have been in leading teams most of my career. I am having fun and creating success consulting organizations in Strategic Management and Leadership. This expertise is a result of managing broadcast stations, leading a national network as Affiliate Director for Westwood One's radio products (Meet the Press, David Letterman, CNN ...) and as a broadcast consultant for some amazing stations like WPFW-DC, FLOW 93.5-Toronto, KXHT-Memphis and more. Launching, refocusing and re-branding for success has become my niche. In May 2015, because of all of the questions, trainings, seminars and one-on-one requests I've had, I launched the website leadingatlife.com. My hope is that it will help me to provide leadership resources to people that I can't reach.

I am finishing up a PhD in Management with a specialty in Organizational Leadership to add more extensive research and a deepened academic component to the organizations to which I am affiliated.

I have been part of the National Association of Broadcasters' Leadership Program, completed executive programs at both Northwestern and Georgetown's business schools and have a Master's degree in Leadership.

My goal is to continue to expand and share leadership skills that will equip organizations to reach more people more effectively while increasing efficiency and profitability. Because my husband says I can't be everywhere at the same time, I have made many of the things I share with my clients, available on the website leadingatlife.com. I share leadership principles and best practices for work, home, school and communities.
