Michelle Sturdevant is a Realtor with Keller Williams Premiere Realty in Houston. Her goal is to help buyers, sellers and homeowners with all of their real estate needs providing the tools and resources to get their property sold or by helping buyers find that perfect home. With over 30 years in marketing and communications and a keen eye for advertising dynamics, Michelle has been an indispensable source of marketing know-how for her clients.

As owner/operator of a successful public relations firm in Canada, she has developed marketing campaigns for organizations in a variety of industries. With a focus in the Real Estate industry, she worked as a Realtor with Lifestyle GMAC Real Estate. Her last venture located in St. John's Newfoundland included the very popular Realtor listings page "New Listings NL" (www.newlistingsnl.com) where she provided information on the newest listings available each week categorized by area giving buyers an opportunity to view them as soon as they came on the market. Her database included over 30,000 customers that received an e-newsletter via email each Friday morning directly to their inboxes that also included a list of upcoming open houses for that weekend.

In the past, Michelle was also the founder and operator of "The Town Cryer", St. John's best entertainment guide and the producer of the first ever St. John's Downtown Walking & Visitors Map.

Michelle is married to Lawnie Sturdevant, Director of Sales with MODEC International; a general contractor specializing in engineering, procurement, construction and installation of floating production systems. They both live and work in Houston.
