Michelle von Quilich is a customer service representative. She enjoys helping people and loves to see people smile and she also works on her writing daily. She has traveled abroad many times, picking up Spanish and some Italian, and believes that her experiences have made her a better writer and poet in the process. She hopes to be published someday.
