Basic Facts: Education - Went to Ralston Middle School in Belmont, CA. Then Carlmont High School in Belmont, CA. I got my high school diploma from Redwood High School when I was 17 yrs old. I am currently an undergrad student at Canada College where I am working towards a double-major of ECE (early childhood education), and Psychology. I'm working towards a Bachelor's degree in both majors, but my long term professional goal is to be a clinical neuro-psychologist, or an M.D. - Internal Medicine. Work- I've worked in several different retail store locations. It was through my frustration and boredom in retail, that I realized I had the potential to do much more with my life. The only retail job I ever enjoyed was at The Party Warehouse in San Mateo, CA. It has now been replaced by a restaurant. My co-workers there at that particular time, were like family. Relationships - I've had several relationships, none that lasted long-term. I'm thankful for what I've learned in them. Most important thing I've learned is I can only rely on myself, and that it would require many years of schooling, degrees, to be able to become a professional and fully support myself with no worries about debt or lack of funds. Even though my experience of past events has been a roller coaster of enjoyment and head-aches, I can at least say that I'm thankful for the few people in my life and one in particular who have been there and are still supporting me in my efforts to succeed. There's no room here to write my whole life story but here's a short version: I was born in the early 80's. I was a shy child but had many friends. I enjoyed school very much. My parents divorced when I was 12 yrs old. My mother and I moved out of our house and bought a town house. I live close to my grandparents with whom I visit ever other day. It's taken me quite a while to settle on a profession that I want to fully pursue in school. When I'm not studying for classes or writing essays, I'm either out with friends, shopping, or playing games on Facebook. Through many friends on Facebook, I've also learned about he horrors of Factory Farming and through that have gained much insight into the world of farm animals. I am an animal lover and try to educate people whenever possible so they can make more informed decisions about what companies they want to support in making daily purchases. I also love soft rock/oldies music ( Bread, Air Supply, and Roxette). I also collect 80's toys.
