Michelo seeks to combine a vibrant research career with quality undergraduate and post-graduate teaching, mentoring and advising. Motivated by the beliefe that active research invigorates teaching, and vice versa, I hope to introduce applied problems in the classroom there by staying up-to-date with the science and technology. In ten years, I hope to achieve some level of mastery in teaching, innovation and research.
