I am passionate about Change Management as I like to make a difference in the work that I do and I especially enjoy working on Complex Projects. People, Process & Platform integration after Merger & Acquisition (or extraction after divestment). Business Intelligence Project & Programme Management (Prince2/MSP). On hands experience with ITIL, LEAN and Six Sigma. Outsourcing, offshoring and in-sourcing. Service improvement & cost reduction to enable revenue and margin increase.
