Mick McGuire

Mick McGuire is the founder of Eastview Management, a private family investment office focused on long-term capital stewardship across public and private markets. Prior to Eastview, Mick founded and led Marcato Capital Management as Managing Partner, building a concentrated portfolio of value-oriented, event-driven, and activist investments across a range of sectors. Under his leadership, Marcato was named Institutional Investor's Emerging Hedge Fund Manager of the Year and won Absolute Return's U.S. Equity Fund of the Year. Earlier in his career, Mick was a partner at Pershing Square Capital Management, focused on investment opportunities in the consumer, retail, financial services, and business services sectors. Mick holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University. He served on the board of Tipping Point Community, the Bay Area's leading poverty-fighting organization.
