I am retired, spending, (weather and my health allowing). most of a days daylight hours out in the field photographing macro, and micro wildlife. I hasten to add, with a 7.2 mega pixel point and shoot. (Austere times you know.) That, I think makes me a wildlife photographer., truth be known, my main interest. I am of course deeply interested in entomology, the order Hemiptera, inclusive of all it's suborders being my favorite.

I do take notes, however, if I was to do that for all, (I know I should), I would be spending most of my time writing, not clicking, perish the thought. Well if I tell you that on a good day out surveying, in excess of 2000+ shots would be the norm, perhaps you'll understand where I am coming from.
