In 2012, Mickael Marsali helped to co-found Arterial Capital Management, a financial management firm based out of London, England. He is currently serving as a Senior Consultant for them, specializing in investment marketing.

Mickael attended Royal Holloway University where he studied and received a Bachelor of Science in Management and Economics.

After his time at University, Marsali entered the corporate world where he made an immediate impact. He started off working with Lincoln Financial Group where he was a private wealth manager and looked to acquire investors. The connections and clients he brought in propelled him to the top of the company's leaderboards.

At his next venture, AIM Listed Lighthouse Group, he continued to prove his propensity for success by achieving the award as top performing advisor, outperforming over 1,200 employees. He received this achievement each of his five years with the company.

This lead Mickael Marsali to present day, where he continues to be an influential member of Arterial Capital Management and a vital member of the sales team.
