First there was nothing then... it all started December 15th 2001.

I’m your some what average Canadian 15 year old student in Grade 10 at Master’s College. I have a vast variety and amount of personal interests including all sorts of sports, I especially enjoy skiing and playing basketball.

A significant life event for me was recently travelling all around the world (quite literally!) and experience to see so many different and diverse cultures to mine. While travelling the world, I had the privilege to experience a variety of different cultures. Throughout my journey this past summer I was constantly reminded of the privilege I have just to live in such a nice country as Canada is. While I was on my trip I realized how impoverished other people can be, and I realized I have been living within a environment where I am not exposed to any poverty which, although I am grateful for, would benefit me.

I am very lucky to have not overcome any huge obstacles over my lifetime that I would consider life altering however like any person I have had moments where I had to overcome depression and or anxiety in my lifetime so far. I went through this tough period of my life quite recently, from around January- April 2015.I thank my family, especially my mom for helping me get through the tough period I lived through. She convinced me to cooperate with the medical professionals and stuck with me when no one else with excluding my close family.

I have yet to learn a lot about myself and am glad that I have lots of time to learn what kind of person I am however from what I do know and have been told is that I am a very adventurous and talkative person with people skills. Some causes and or endeavours I am interested in is giving back to the community who is growing me up and being kind to all I am very passionate about caring for those with mental health issues and dementia.

My current goals include graduating from high school achieving an acceptance into a university and nothing more goals in this current moment. For my future plans I hope to travel and see more cultures.
