I balance my life between a number of wonderful priorities. My work life is about being an author, coach and consultant. My home life is about being a father, husband and dad to three wonderful kids (and Buster the dog). My personal life is about balancing life between the UK and Spain, riding my motorbike and doing fun stuff.
