I'm focused on social innovation thinking and doing. I believe in social enterprises that meet a quintuple bottom line by being economically viable, socially beneficial, culturally stimulating, politically influential and environmentally sustainable.

I'm the Co-founder and CEO of Flashpoint Labs, a social enterprise empowering young people from diverse backgrounds to be creative learners, thinkers and professionals through changemaking photography. I was until recently the Head of Strategy and Communications at the National Centre of Indigenous Excellence (NCIE), a progressive and innovative social enterprises in Australia.

I'm a fellow of the School for Social Entrepreneurs and I blog about Social Innovation Thinking.

I travelled through the Middle East in 2010 and create a blog called Otherwise Travels to share my experience.
