I am currently employed by Midlands Flooring as a Contract Manager. My role involves focusing on
client’s requirements for their specific commercial flooring projects. I possess excellent
communication skills, I am responsible for liaising with customers directly both via email, telephone
and face to face. I have experience supervising staff, gained from my current employer and
previous employment/
I am able to lead and motivate staff from a range of backgrounds, gained in previous management
roles
I am able to prioritise and delegate appropriately and am a conscientious and reliable
member of any team.
I am able to monitor and appraise individual performance and recognise the importance of
this in motivating staff.
I have good written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills,
gained from several years’ experience in customer facing roles working and managing
teams.
I possess an excellent understanding of computer systems and I am able to explain
technical issues to non-technical staff and assist them with their IT needs.
I am a reliable conscientious member of staff and am willing to work extra/flexible hours if
required. I am punctual, reliable and self-motivated I am very organised and am able to
process information in a logical order and to prioritise work I am able to work under
direction and independently this has been a requirement in all of my previous role.
I have very good knowledge in using Calidus (flooring estimation tool)
I also posses good knowledge in using HS Direct Limited platform for creating RAMS (Risk
Assessment Method statements)
