What is your favourite thing about working here?

Taking ideas, starting them, facing big challenges that we don't know how to solve but trying our hardest to solve them anyway. And most importantly to do it with a team that is positive, creative, supportive and hard working.

Future Pollenizers should:Embrace it. Embrace it all. The chaos, the uncertainty, the multiple projects, the failure on the way to it working, hopefully, but not always, and that's ok. That's tough, but have faith. In yourself, your abilities, your character, your instincts and especially your team.
