I never set out to be a musician, it just always ran through my veins and developed organically, following my bliss as they say. I grew up in a professional choir and left at 18 to study Music at The University of Leeds and after graduating, moved to London with my partner Clayton to work on our acoustic duo The Freewheel. I love to write songs that move, uplift and sooth the spirit in an increasingly fast and chaotic world. I also manage and perform in a funk/soul and reggae party band called Lost Truth Band. With an interest in health and wellbeing, over the years I've become more and more dedicated to my spiritual practice, especially yoga and reiki and hope that my career will eventually be a healing mix of these interests. I also love cooking and baking both healthy and naughty foods; it's all about the right balance in life!
