Because Love Recognizes Love...

I am Retired State Inspector. I loved my job, but it came time for it to be over. I was also born with Sickle Cell. As a Sickle Cell patient, I have a genuine love of people who do right by other people simply because it's the right thing to do!

I love people who love what they do too, especially when it comes to the health of others. At times, in the midst of tremendous suffering as a patient with this disease, I truly was not cared for by those who were in the position to care for me. Though in my Heart I know that there are some who do care and try very hard and that's why this Foundation has been started - to give back to those who do their work diligently with care.

I feel something needs to be done in a positive manner for those who truly make a difference in a sick persons life.

My daughter is studying to become a Blood Doctor (Hematologist Oncologist) one day giving from her Heart to those who truly need her help, tempered with her compassion. I am eagerly anticipating those days. When she too, will be recognized as the outstanding Doctor I know she will become.

Please tell me more about a person within the medical field worthy of receiving recognition for making a difference of care and concern in your life.

If you have any questions please feel free to email me @[email protected] Thank you.
