Albert Migowa is a Project Manager, Mentor and a trained Counseling Psychologist. As a Psychologist, he is able to understand the psycho social challenges that come with uncertain times and changing circumstances. As a project manager he is able to understand the workplace challenges that employees under go. As a mentor he is able to bridge, guide and inspire others.
He is also a counselor with the Red Cross.
Albert is an Emotional Intelligence Facilitator. He is a member of Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network. To date, Albert has facilitated sessions for over 250 individuals and 30 institutions. Key institutions where Emotional Intelligence sessions have been held include Emerging Leaders foundation, Kamiti Maximum Prison, Siasa Place, Rotaract Langata, Kenya Red Cross and the National Youth Council (NYC).,
Albert is currently offering psycho-social support to people in quarantine. His area of operation is Corat Africa and Cooperative University. This is under a project supported by UNICEF and implemented by the Red Cross and the Nairobi Metropolitan Service (NMS).
He is also offering psycho-social support to healthcare workers in Langata Sub-County. This is under a project supported by the European Union, Red Cross and African Medical Research Foundation (AMREF).
