Summer Decor At It’s Finest According to Furniture Installation Services
Summer is in full swing, but with the pandemic still going on, it may not feel completely like summer. There may be a lot of things that you or your family are not experiencing due to things being closed or events being canceled. If you still want to make the best out of your summer, consider home decor as a means of bringing summer to you. We asked various furniture installation services what trends they have seen lately to bring summer vibes to a home. The answers they provided us are simple and easy to do.
One furniture installation service said that a home they had been in used lemons to bring a summer feel to their home. Which completely makes sense because lemonade is the drink of summertime, and the bright yellow color adds a sunny and warm feeling to any room. To replicate this look, purchase a bunch of artificial lemons. You can place some in a basket to display in the center of your table, on a shelf, or a mantel. Two tiered baskets are very popular right now, and can be decorated various ways. Consider placing some greenery with some lemons in one of these. You can also add various other little trinkets, such as a pom pom garland. Places such as Etsy have things you can purchase for different seasons to add to these.
You can also make a lemon garland. Use some fake lemons with greenery to make a homemade version. Or you can also purchase wooden cutouts that look like lemon slices or whole lemons. These would be equally cute to make a garland out of.
Homemade signs are all the rage right now. Why not take a large piece of wood and make a stand up sign that says lemonade on it. In place of the “o”, you could put a wooden lemon slice to jazz it up. This would look exceptional on a front porch or deck. Or you may even consider adding it to a sun room. A furniture installation service said they saw this on a porch and it added an instant summer vibe to the area.
A very easy summer craft is a flip-flop wreath.
Even if it is not feeling like summer time due to the pandemic, you can still have a great summer just by taking some time to decorate with summery goods. And what better way to do this than to take advice from a furniture installation service who sees so many looks each day they are in a home. Use their advice to create a summery room that feels and looks amazing.
