Hi, I’m Miguel Seminario — a senior public policy consultant and specialist in results-based financing.

I work with governments, multilateral organisations, and civil society across Latin America to design, evaluate, and scale social programs focused on education, employment, and economic development. I bring over a decade of experience leading high-impact initiatives that bridge strategy, implementation, and evidence.

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Policy from the University of Melbourne and have completed postgraduate training in innovation, digital product management, and project design.
