Two are the occupations that I have, Architect and English teacher, luckily, these two activities have somehow mixed up. This is the second presentation I’m doing about myself using aboutme, since the first time I did it was only done as a simple descriptive text on edmodo space. Well there it goes. My country is Peru, my hometown is Cusco. My wife Yadira, son Guillermo 12 and daughter Jimena 10 are my inspiration. My job as an English Teacher is in the Peruvian Northamerican Binational Center in my city, and also work in a university to teach north american students about Peru ancient architecture and technical English related to construction in a government institute. 42 is now my age. I started working as an English teacher at age 19 while studying at the university. Ever since then I realized that the best way to keep up with the world is to teach, therefore steadily learning, English. My goal to grow is now to use the web to improve my skills as an English teacher and share this with my students. I learned my English at age 16 as an exchange student in the US by graduatiing from high school after a year. In 1999 I joined another cultural exchange program and visited the US and Canada for a couple of months. In 2008 visited again the US to give a lecture about ancient Peruvian Inca Architecture at Notre dame university, and in 2010 with the whole family we visited Disney!!!. So I guess that I feel close to north american culture too. English opens doors, this edmodo for example is one of them. I hope to achieve the expected goals.
