Former Director of Human Resources and Customer Satisfaction at Casa Andina Hotels, the largest hotel chain in Peru, and Senior Executive at Intercorp, one of the largest conglomerates in Peru.

I'm now taking a one-year sabbatical devoted to research, experimentation and learning focused on Leadership Development and Organization Design.

It is a self-designed learning program, that includes the use of MOOCs, Workshops, Courses, Books & Papers (for theoretical learning) and doing Internships, Field Interventions & Projects with Organizations in different parts of the world (for experimentation learning). Currently living in Barcelona, Spain.

My goal is to understand how to help people and organizations to co-create and achieve their highest future possibility to make them thrive in a context of change, complexity and uncertainty.

I’m experiencing and learning from different kinds of communities, approaches, frameworks & tools applied to the field, such as Integral Theory, Systems Thinking, Design Thinking, Theory U, Art of Hosting & Harvesting, Gestalt Organization & Systems Development, OD, Change Management, among others.
