Mihai Nicolae Tudorica

My name is Mihai Nicolae Tudorica. I am a 32 years old Romanian. I live in Norway. I am married to a Portuguese and I have a Mozambican dog.

I've worn many hats in my professional life. However I have a thread that stands out : management.

I managed and trained teams of volunteers in my twenties, afterwards I managed a team of marketing and fundraising specialists for an NGO. I have managed my own company for 2 years and made it through a tough recession period.

I had support role for management being the coach assigned to several teams and I have been a management consultant for a company in Mozambique.

I have lived and worked in 4 countries on 2 continents. I am adaptable, fast learner and very determined in doing my job. I have been promoted several times during my carrier till now.

Native in Romanian I also speak English and Portuguese. I do struggle with Norwegian at the moment but have an objective of becoming a decent user by the end of 2014.

I do not like complicated things. It can be complex but must be simple. Plan, implement, assess !
