I'm a motivated fitness enthusiast. I was born and raised in Australia, with swimming being a large part of my life from a young age-my introduction to the fitness industry. Ever since then I've always been interested in maintaining a high level of physical conditioning.

My current routine consists of 5 days of weight training and cardiovascular training that is split between running, cycling and swimming. My main goal is to be highly conditioned and functional.

Recently, I've been interested in making fitness a larger part of my life by informing and motivating others.

I created a blog as a platform for me to share tips on nutrition, supplementation and training with the aim of assisting others to achieve their most desired body and connect with people of similar interests.
