Hey, I’m Mika—a health coach, content creator, and your personal guide to REAL wellness. As a wife, mother of two, and Caribbean-American woman who’s danced through life’s ups and downs (literally!), I know firsthand how tough it can be to balance family, culture, and well-being—without losing yourself in the process.

My Journey to Health Coaching

My path to wellness wasn’t smooth. I’ve faced pregnancy complications, including pre-eclampsia and HELLP syndrome, an autoimmune diagnosis, and the mental toll of anxiety and depression—all while raising a family. These struggles reshaped my approach to health, pushing me to find a sustainable, culturally relevant, and practical way to care for myself and uplift my community. That’s how I developed the REAL wellness approach:
