Former college lacrosse player, semi professional football player, and assistant coach with a strong interest in psychology, mental health, and personal development.

I currently hold an associate degree in Criminal Justice and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science, and I am now pursuing a second bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I am also exploring opportunities to grow within coaching, behavioral health, and helping others reach their full potential.

My background in athletics, leadership, and firefighter certification (FF1) has shaped my ability to work with teams, mentor individuals, and stay disciplined through challenges.

I am especially interested in combining coaching, mental performance, and supporting individuals in both their personal and athletic development.
