I am an executive sales leader, mentor and coach that has had over 28 years of sales leadership and management experience where I have built and run the day to day sales operations for channels, regions as well as helped start and build a new national company from ground floor where I ran the national sales channel and managed up to over 50 direct reports. I am a sales leader with experience in P&L management, new hiring and implementing and managing ROI on national marketing campaigns. I have a national network of C-level management contacts as well as businesses and companies that are interested in expansion, growth and furthering their footprint in their respective markets. My leadership style is lead by example, honest & fair assessments of employees with high expectations for all, including myself. I am an educator, mentor and coach to those who have worked for me and around me.
