Mike Jones
Fort Worth, TX.
In the process of transitioning my 20 years of knowledge and skills to the Energy - Oil & Gas Supply Chain sector as a Materials Expeditor or Production Control Analyst. My success as an aircraft Inventory Control Component Expeditor, Production Control Planner (i.e. Jet Engine, Airframe, and Avionics) would benefit any faced paced, highly visible organization. With my understanding of the concepts of production, flow process, its policies and procedures I have a successful background striving to determine any root cause using metrics analysis & lean principals.
My abilities to read, understand, and meet contract obligations has saved my company in excess of $100,000.00 in unclaimed warranties and negotiated quote reductions through the component quote process. Also, I continued my success as an Inventory Project Lead for the implementation of the American Eagle Airlines FileNet Document Scan Program in a cost savings recovery roll. While working to its two year conclusion I had return revenue greater than $10,000,000.00 while researching original purchase orders so that they meet approved FAA compliance as per the general procedures manual. Without diligence and dedication to rescue potential salvage, the undocumented materials would have been deemed unserviceable and destroyed.
