Mike was an executive with Symantec Corp with a wide range of product and service portfolios including the global Norton Anti-Virus, pcAnywhere and Winfax brands. Mike has also started a entertainment company, been a marketing executive for Energy Source, part of a supercomputing startup in Halifax and got his start in Areospace marketing in Vancouver.
A strong believer both customer advocacy and promoting a positive service experience. Developing strategy and executing creative marketing programs is what keeps him motivated.
