For Buyers: We specialize in finding houses "off the market." The Seattle Metro Area is currently a very competitive market with very little inventory. Its takes most buyers many months to find a home and more than likely they were in a multiple offer situation to get their home, paying top of the market. We knew there was a better way to assist our clients, so we decide to focus our efforts connecting with sellers not currently listed. Most of our buyers find homes in just a few weeks and for under market value (the Mike Chaffee Team only charges sellers half the normal commission to handle the complete transaction, usually making sellers more flexible on terms and price).

For Sellers: We put in the effort and expertise needed to get your home ready for the market. Most of our listings sell for asking price or over because we are very hands-on through the complete process and we incorporate other professionals to better showcase your property (professional photographer/ stager). We also help coordinate with repairs/updates needed. Over the past 12 years we have acquired a list of trusted and cost effective contractors that will assist with this process.
