I am a Psychologist and a Facilitator. As CEO of Free to Live I get to do what I love doing every day, working with and developing people.

I am a dreamer, but a realist at the same time. I realise that the only time that success comes before work is in the dictionary - so I work hard at learning and doings things better! The work I do tickles me, it is my I never give up!

I have worked and travelled to 11 countries in Africa and in Mauritius,

I have the the priveledge of consulting to over 100 companies in South Africa and elsewhere. These inlude Sumitomo Corporation, Siemans SA, Anglo American, Sappi, Mondi, Nike SA, MTN, Debswana, United Nation Development Programme Malawi (UNDP), 5 banks in South Africa, Sapref, Sasol, Eskom, Deloitte and Touche, Malawi Development Fund (MDF), ELB, Tenova Batemen, Lentz Construction, Idwala Mines, HP, Telecommuication Network Malawi (TNM), Inala Technologies and many more.

I facilitate all soft-skills workshops including EQ, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Time Management, HR for Non HR Managers, Conflict Management and the like.

Hard skills facilitation include Project Management, Heath and Safety Management, Balanced Scorecard application and implementation.

For many years I have lead Management and Supervisory Development workshops with leaders and potential leaders in South Africa and Africa.

I am a Motivational Speaker, Keynote Speaker and Conference chair.

I do corporate team building, and my favourite team build is taking teams to swim and learn from wild dolphins in Mozambique.
