I align and optimize organization's talent acquisition processes and programs with their overarching business objectives. This includes conducting recruitment, candidate experience and employment brand audits, implementing programs, processes, systems, tools and teams in order to attract, screen, recruit, select, and onboard engaged employees.

I have over 20-years of diverse experience in the areas of talent strategy at all levels, recruitment leadership management, and recruitment operations (process, technology, budget planning/management, external vendor relations, measurement, execution).

In addition to my professional work, I also sit on the Executive for my local Minor Hockey Association as the President, am an active & proud Dad to three amazing people, and I'm a newbie triathlete, completing my first two events this summer.
