Mike has designed and delivered training courses and team development events for a broad range of companies across multiple sectors and across the globe. Over 35,000 people have experienced his unique training approach. Using the latest thinking and research into 'emotional intelligence' and neuroscience, Mike ensures that participants are thoroughly engaged, and results follow. Mike is accredited by the British Psychological Society in Occupational testing (Levels A and B). He is also a licensed user of Emotional Intelligence assessment tools. Mike has delivered Institute of Leadership and Management accredited courses for large multinationals.
A guitarist, recording artist and keen outdoor enthusiast Mike has two children and lives in Devon.
