Mike Vos

Mike is a dedicated professional with substantial experience in technology, strategy, project management, traditional and digital/social marketing, analytics, communications, Salesforce.com, graphic design, writing and editing.

Since 2007, he has contracted to Accenture through VentureWeb and works closely with a variety of global clients within the firm and third-party agencies on a broad range of projects.

• Writing/editing projects include Web copy of all kinds, credentials/case studies, biographies, bylined media articles, scripts and transcripts, thought leadership, reports, marketing collateral, books and more.

• Project management projects include global marketing strategies and campaigns, online community portals, microsite redesign and platform migrations, internal communications, surveys (the Accenture High Performance Workforce Survey and the Accenture College Graduate Employment Survey) and books (Workforce of One: Revolutionizing Talent Management Through Customization, Harvard Business Review Press, 2010 and The Social Media Management Handbook: Everything You Need To Know To Get Social Media Working In Your Business, Wiley, 2011).

• Communications projects include conceptualizing, managing, designing, writing and arranging distribution of internal and external e-mail campaigns from all levels of leadership.

• Digital marketing projects include the @E2ECustExp Twitter account and promoted tweeting, Search Engine Optimization and digital/social strategy analysis and optimization.

• Miscellaneous projects have included graphic design work, SharePoint/Web maintenance, audio manipulation (podcasts), Microsoft Word templates and forms, Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and templates, Salesforce.com data entry, maintenance and reporting and Microsoft Excel analytics work.
