I am a self taught chef with a huge interest in all areas of food - recipe development, photography, food styling, nutrition, design, development. I first got into food around 8 years old in the kitchen at home helping out the mother, took a break from my food interests for a few years to become a pirate radio DJ and producer, things didn't turn out so I went back to food and became very excited about ingredients, especially food's from the Mediterranean. So I got a job in London cooking fresh food for a nice little boozer just off Regent Street / Oxford Circus called the Clachan. I spent a few years there and a couple at the HAC in Moorgate before coming home for good. I am almost finished with the building of my own kitchen and I constantly update my website with new menus and pretty soon I shall develop th routine for recipe posting. www.takefood.co.uk
