Mike Brintnell, age 15, currently attends Oakville Trafalgar High School in grade 10. For the last year and a half he has worked alongside of the chefs at Seasons, Bru and, Maluca Restaurants of Oakville, Ontario discovering how to prepare diverse dishes of fine dining quality. Years of previous work experience and participation in a competitive hockey league result in an unlimited drive to produce positive outcomes. Seeking to expand his culinary palate through working for some the finest restaurants Oakville has to offer, and eventually become a chief financial officer.
