Mike Castillo

I am 37 years old, have 2 kids and 1 wife (lol). I have been an ordained minister for over a decade. I never knew what chronic anxiety disorder, manic depression or severely extreme panic attacks were until about 5 years ago when I had a full blown nervous breakdown. After many trips to the hospital ER, all types of testings and dozens of pysch meds later, here I am to tell my story and share some of what I have learned on this 5 year journey that I like to call "hell on earth". I have learned much through reading & personal experience that I know will help many and make life a little easier. I am in the process of not letting my past sadness or my future fears rob me of the beautiful present that God has blessed me with.
