Be different!

That’s what all the business manuals say, don’t they? Stand out from the crowd. The trouble is that it’s very difficult to “be different” so you fall back on “we’re different because we care”. Yeah right, as if the others didn’t.

But what if the best way to be different was just to be you? Now, is that scary?
