Michael Ackon is an international development consultant versed in communications and advocacy and dedicated to advancing youth leadership, climate action, and sustainable development in Africa.

He brings experience in public relations, digital communications, and program coordination from his work with multilateral organizations such as UNFPA and UNICEF.

He holds a bachelor’s in Public Relations Management and is currently pursuing a master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy.

He is a United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) Youth Leader and has received recognition including the US State Department’s Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) Most Engaged Participant in Public Policy award.

He speaks and writes on Youth, Climate, Education, and other topics in Sustainable Development.

He welcomes collaborations, speaking opportunities, and roles across industry, NGOs, and academia.
