I’m a customer-focused professional based in Barcelona, with a background spanning digital marketing, account management, logistics, and technology.

Today, I work with businesses to understand their challenges, make sense of data and technology, and turn complex problems into practical solutions. I enjoy working at the intersection of customers, technology, and business especially when I can help someone move from “something isn’t working” to a clear path forward.

My approach is simple: understand before solving, be honest early, and focus on creating long-term value rather than short-term wins.

I’m naturally curious and tend to think in systems rather than isolated tasks. My experience across different countries, industries, and roles has taught me to adapt quickly, communicate with different kinds of people, and look at problems from multiple perspectives.

Outside of work, I’m interested in technology, AI, design, photography, languages, travel, and building little projects just because I want to understand how something works.

Currently, I’m exploring opportunities in Customer Success and Account Management, particularly within SaaS and technology companies where customer relationships, strategic thinking, and continuous learning matter.
