I am an IT Manager for the state of California. I am a proud graduate of San Diego State University (Go Aztecs!!!). I live and work in the Sacramento area now, but spent considerable amounts of time in both San Diego, California and Norfolk, Virginia. My hobbies include golf, ping pong, karaoke, European travel, cruising, internet stuff, and researching ancient Egyptian history. I am a geek at heart, and proud of it.

The Great Pyramid at Giza in Egypt is the last standing of the 7 Wonders of the Ancient World. Absolutely fascinating engineering and construction - no wonder they are still standing.
