Mike Cibeh, Born as Michael Praise Gadza is an Award winning Artist/Rapper young and vibrant Disruptive Entrepreneur who has both founded/co-founded and ran a few companies one of which being Dynamic Thought Leadership,(DTL) a high growth Leadership organization/think tank aimed at equipping the African youth with the necessary tools to become globally competitive. The National Youth Leadership Summit, an event in partnership with various institutions to educate the youths on Leadership development and Entrepreneurship by inviting subject matter experts, founders and business owners. He is also currently working towards the Manicaland Youth Hub,an initiative aimed at giving back to the community. Mike Cibeh,with his partners have been working towards changing the crypto landscape in Africa, Zimbabwe at large and with that founded Ubuntium.org, an African utility token aimed at empowering the African community. Mike Cibeh is passionate about Personal and Leadership Development, Entrepreneurship and Content creation. He believes that anyone can be who they want to be if given the right tools and on the right platform with the right Leadership therefore it is his main mission to create room for the African youths where they can thrive and grow. He focuses on Disruptive Innovation and Education as he always say that this type of disruptive innovation and education presents affordable, simple and accessible solutions making it easy to disrupt the market from which its predecessors were born.
