Michael Connolly

Talkeetna, Alaska

With good research, planning, and luck, I've been able to visit, work, and live in many spectacular places in North America. Over the span of my career I have gathered a true sense of why we should continue to protect our cultural and natural treasures.

Professionally, I strive to be a leader in communicating the special values of our heritage. I hope everyone can experience the wealth of rejuvenation that parks, museums, and natural spaces provide to our human spirit. All people can learn the importance of ecological biodiversity, resource protection, and wise energy consumption to promote the conservation of our natural environment.

Personally, I'm in pursuit of historical, contemporary, and scientific knowledge, to carefully shape a bright future for myself and my family.
