Co-Founder Mike Dingeldein started working in the construction industry in 1992 after graduating from Grande Prairie Composite High School with an Advanced High School Diploma. His first introduction to the construction industry was working as a laborer on the Montrose Junior High School new construction project in Grande Prairie, Alberta. After completion of this project, Mike was offered an apprenticeship opportunity with a local heating, air conditioning, and sheet metal company, which he eagerly accepted. Mike began working in the sheet metal trade in August 1993, and began his formal apprenticeship shortly afterwards. Mike acheived his Interprovincial Journeyman Sheet Metal Worker accreditation in Febuary 1998. All four years of his formal apprenticeship training was taken at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, commonly known as NAIT, in Edmonton, Alberta. After about twelve years in the industry, Mike joined a new sheet metal fabrication company in its infancy in January 2005. Mike helped take the company from two employee's to over thirty employee's, expanding the company into residential and commercial heating & cooling services. After four and a half years in May 2009, Mike decided to pursue future long term career intrests with long-time friend & co-worker Jason Lavallee. Integrity Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. was established by Mike Dingeldein and Jason Lavallee, with a commitment to our customers.
