Mike Einsel is a business advisor who specializes in working with business leaders and channel and alliance professionals to help them consistently improve their success with partnerships and strategic alliances in the collaborative and ever changing business world.Mike’s previous experience include over 20 years of working in strategic partnerships and new business development. In his most recent corporate assignment, Mike was the Senior Alliance Executive responsible for the alliance relationships of 40 national banking partners. As a Director and Senior Strategic Alliance Professional, his clients have included industry leaders such as Wolters Kluwer Financial Services, Harland Financial Solutions (now D H), Compaq Computers, Digital Corporation, LexisNexis and Equifax.It is Mike’s personal belief that the business world is changing and that collaboration has become critical for organizations to survive. Collaboration with peers, with stakeholders, within the team, within the organization hierarchy and outside the organization in strategic alliances has become an essential factor towards success.Simply entering into a strategic partnership, however, is not enough for it to succeed. To thrive in the collaborative business world, you need to hone your personal leadership skills and become well versed in elements such as stakeholder management, relationship development and organizational collaboration. At the same time, mastering personal productivity and balancing work/life integration is essential.Born in Columbus OH, Mike grew up in Darien, CT and Barrington, IL. He has worked for several Fortune 500 organizations including Citibank, Comdisco, Trans Union, Deluxe Corp and Marsh & McLennan (Kroll Factual Data) he also has worked and advised for start up organizations. He graduated college from Ohio Wesleyan University with a BA in US History and he currently resides in Scottsdale AZ
