"Your talent is God's gift to you. What you do with it is your gift back to God." -Leo Buscaglia
The education world is filled with endless opportunities and possibilities. This has driven me to become an insightful teacher and set ambitious goals, to thrive and succeed in any environment, and strive to develop as an individual in both the education world and my personal life. My goal and my passion are to develop a better understanding of students within the emotional disability category of special education and build an Educational Network. I plan on developing an urgency towards Restorative Practice upon the Special Education industry too. See what tips and tricks I can learn from those who have gone through it before and take in any useful connections.
I'm grateful to be an official, paraeducator, and student. I'm an independent contractor for officiating volleyball within these organizations: USAV/IHSA/PAVO throughout the Chicagoland Area. Outside of officiating, I work as a paraeducator for Willard Elementary at District U46 in South Elgin, IL. On top of officiating & teaching, I study at Aurora Unversity to obtain my Master's Degree in Special Education to become a SpedEd Teacher.
Through my recent undergrad years, I have achieved my Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Ethics. I established the Men’s Volleyball program, became a founding father of Pi Kappa Alpha - Zeta Lambda (Social Fraternity), initiated in Chi Alpha Epsilon - (Honor Society), guided the Business Club into Business Professionals of America as the President, and have been elected the President for the Collegiate Entrepreneurs' Organization all at Adrian College.
My goals are to 1) Keep my current job in District U-46, 2) Improve my teaching skills by becoming a SpedEd Teacher, 3) Establish Nu Flo, LLC 4) Expand my network 5) Find opportunities for officiating.
