After bachelor and masters degrees in electrical engineering, I worked as a systems developer and chip designer developing products for telecommunications, energy management and data storage. After completing an MBA, I focused on leading and growing technology businesses at Silicon Systems and then at Texas Instruments. Though being a part of a large successful business at a stellar company like Texas Instruments was great experience, I knew that I wanted to be an entrepreneur. I moved to Singapore in 2001 to work with emerging growth technology companies.
The combination of growth company success and start up challenges and my experience in Asia inspired me to start advisory firm Get2Volume, focused in helping entrepreneurs grow their technology companies . We have since focused on growing technology business by bringing capabilities, connections and capital to the companies that we incubate. This year the Singapore government began co-funding Singapore technology companies with us.
