I have a variety of interests ranging from exploring the outdoors to learning from the best in their fields across many disciplines.

Funny, innovative and creative; my passion is teaching, training, coaching and helping people find their purpose and live it with passion.

Since 1991, Michael has provided leadership development, training, coaching, and consulting services to individuals and organizations to help them create a strategic plan of action and execution. Mr. Horwitz received his Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the University of Florida, a Master of Science in Leadership from the Nova Southeastern University, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership at Nova Southeastern University.

Horwitz is the Chief Inspiration Officer with the Best Home Ever Team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, former Productivity Coach at the Keller Williams Realty office in West Palm Beach, and former Assistant Team Leader and Productivity Coach at Keller Williams Realty Treasure Coast in Stuart, Florida. He is a licensed real estate broker and real estate instructor. Michael formerly managed a real estate brokerage firm with over 140 sales associates.

He is a Franklin Covey Certified Facilitator in the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity, and Diversity. Michael is a certified educator and trainer in Situational Leadership and is an Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University where he teaches multiple courses in leadership at the Huizenga School of Business and Entrepreneurship.

Horwitz' focus of research is in the area of Authentic Leadership and how it relates to organizational outcomes. He is studying the ways in which leaders can work effectively with real estate agents who are independent contractors and how do develop those leadership skills.
